The design aims to create a modern multi-functional development in line with international sustainable community standards. In the general layout, the unified overall organizational structure adapts to the characteristics of the natural context and forms an orderly arrangement specific to local conditions.
The design makes full use of the original topography of the site to improve the sense of spatial quality and quantity, so to provide occupants with a stronger connection with the natural environment. The commercial functions of the development, taking the conception of a “people-oriented” landscape as its cue, uses the symmetrical layout of the axis to create a well-scaled multifunctional street environment with a commercial, leisure and cultural atmosphere.
The SOHO functions of the development focused upon creating a sense of “home”. Its planning is derived from four themes: architectural space, the outdoor environment, room types, and architectural style, and allows for the personalization of many features.
