The site is about 220 meters long north to south andabout 160 meters wide east to west, and is adjacent to the South Yili Road Extension to the east, Ma’nao Road to the west, Hongbaoshi Road to the north, and Huangjinchengdao Street, a pedestrian shopping street, to the south.
The main concept for the development features a landscape design that has overlaid the entire site with water, trees and lawn, integrating the buildings into a green environment, making the entire site a nature retreat. The buildings in the middle of the site have been raised up in order to minimize their effect on the environment. Furthermore, the natural environment has been brought into the interior of the buildings through landscaped aerial courtyards. Finally, modern building technologies have been used to reduce building energy consumption, and a rational building layout has been employed to improve efficiency.
