The Luoyang GuobaoTower is a super high-rise office hotel complex designed and built according to a five-star standard. The building is composed of towers and podiums. The building has 30 floors above ground to a height of 121 meters, and a total construction area of 87,268 square meters. The design fully considers the combination of architecture and environment, and strives to provide every space with the best landscape view and the best lighting and ventilation conditions. The project design not only focuses on energy saving and environmental protection, but also adopts intelligent building design.
A tower and a podium architectural form was adopted in order to better organize functions. While at the same time, the tower and podium have been integrated with a more uniform facade texture, which makes the building have a clear and iconic image within the urban landscape. The façade is a simple modern style, and the smooth stone and glass combined with the metal curtain wall not only controls solar radiation, it also meets the visual requirements. Luoyang GuobaoTower will become a significant urban landmark.
