By following a strategy of creating a comfortable livable community and by placing great emphasis on quality modern design, a vibrant high-caliber international community, tailored for Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, has been devised.
The residential portion consists of a range of apartment types that are set within a well-arranged layout that maximizes southern exposure for each unit. The site planning offers a diversity of landscape areas and a pleasant urban street environment, improving the quality of the community by creating both active and passive neighborly spaces. The building facade design is modern and concise, with a well-detailed appearance and fine materiality; it creates a compelling impression within the city.
Planned to the north of the project site is a nearly 300,000 square meter commercial development, so the commercial part of this project just serves as supporting functions with retail and leisure shops in the street to the residential community and will complement the commercial complex in the north. Its two parts are connected through a continuous flow line that extends in three-dimensions, leading people up to the second and third floors through a series of exterior escalators, increasing the commercial value of the upper floors. The terraced form of the building creates a large number of roof decks that will also provide added value and create more interesting commercial spaces.
