The Chengdu Exchange Building includes mainly a trading hall and exchange offices, supporting offices, hotels, and conference centers. The tower is simple and elegant of a modern style, with an integrated architectural form and a collage of facade detailing, creating a rich and outstanding monolithic image. The staggered spatial massing of the podium conveys an active architectural form. The simple glass curtain wall is used to unify the space on the side of the park, which is flexible and stable. The tower and the podium are relatively independent, with separate architectural expressions on the street and the park interface.
